The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our General Manager by efficiently managing tasks, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality. The role also involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the General Manager’s office.

Your profile

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally in hospitality, with a strong track record of supporting senior management.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-structured workflow.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact professionally with all stakeholders.
  • Proficient in office management software for calendar management, document preparation, and communication.
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
