Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and wellness focused Kayaam House.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at Ahu Bay. You’ll prepare and serve a variety of drinks, from classic cocktails to signature creations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also help manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and support the mixologist and senior team.
Your profile
Minimum of three years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury resort.
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and delivering top-tier service.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards.
Strong communication skills with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
Committed to upholding strict food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring the best for our guests.
