Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and wellness focused Kayaam House.
The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Bungalow Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests staying in our bungalows, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Your profile
Minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort.
A friendly and approachable demeanor, able to handle guest requests and queries effectively.
Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
