The Role

As the Chef de Cuisine, you will co-lead our culinary team alongside the Executive Chef, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

In this role, you will play a key part in menu creation, kitchen operations, and team development. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to drive innovation, maintain cost control, and uphold impeccable hygiene standards while delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of international and local cuisine, with a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Expertise in kitchen operations, menu planning, and food cost management.
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing culinary team.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the Executive Chef.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
