The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will lead the preparation of cold appetizers, salads and other fresh, high-quality dishes that enhance our culinary offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency in taste, texture and presentation while upholding the highest hygiene and food safety standards.

Your expertise in cold food preparation, attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen) in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Deep understanding of cold kitchen techniques, with expertise in high-end food presentation and flavor pairing.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain consistency in taste, texture and visual appeal.
  • Familiarity with HACCP food safety standards.
  • Expertise in ingredient selection and quality control to enhance the culinary experience.
  • Skilled in team leadership, training junior chefs, and maintaining seamless coordination in a high-paced kitchen.
