Resplendent Ceylon offers a complete ‘tea, sea and safari’ experience across its trio of Relais & Chateaux properties: Ceylon Tea Trails, Wild Coast Tented Lodge and Cape Weligama. Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Executive Housekeeper to manage all housekeeping operations. You will lead a committed team to maintain guest rooms and public areas, ensuring strict adherence to the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This role plays a key part in upholding the exceptional quality and guest experience that define our brand.
Your profile
- Minimum of four years of experience in an Executive Housekeeper or similar leadership role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning standards, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team to ensure impeccable service delivery.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Ability to train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
