Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and wellness focused Kayaam House.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service excellence and daily operations. You will oversee staff, maintain quality standards and ensure seamless dining experiences for guests. From training teams to managing guest interactions and optimizing workflows, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality.
Your profile
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity, in a luxury hotel or resort.
In-depth knowledge of food, beverages, wine pairing, and service etiquette.
Experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end restaurant setting is preferred.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial management.
Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-focused approach.
