The Role

We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager who can lead and manage the food and beverage operations across our luxury resort. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, overseeing the dining experience, and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including inventory, staff management, and budgeting.

Your profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar capacity in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Proven leadership skills, capable of effectively managing and motivating a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, dedicated to enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive expertise in F&B operations, including inventory management, budget oversight and cost control.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, skilled in developing and implementing dining concepts that align with brand values and elevate the guest experience.
