The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead the front office team at Cape Weligama. In this role, you will oversee all front office operations, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures, and guest interactions while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, and lead a dedicated team will be instrumental in creating personalized and memorable stays. You will also collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience, optimize operational efficiency, and uphold the luxury standards of Resplendent Ceylon.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a luxury or five-star resort/hotel.
  • Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations, with expertise in personalized service and high-end hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in PMS systems (RMS, Opera, Fidelio, etc.) and familiarity with advanced hospitality technology.
  • Expertise in front office operations, reservations, and financial reporting to drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Skilled in guest relations, complaint resolution, and workflow optimization to enhance service standards.
