The Role
We are seeking a service-oriented Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring seamless dining experiences. In this role, you will work closely with the F&B team to enhance guest satisfaction, anticipate needs and provide personalized attention, contributing to a memorable dining journey.
Your profile
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity, in a luxury hotel or resort.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Ability to handle guest requests and special requirements with grace and efficiency.
A team player with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
