The Role
As an Operations Executive, you will oversee the seamless execution of travel experiences for clients. This includes managing reservations, coordinating with suppliers and delivering timely service. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards and fostering relationships with partners.
Your profile
- Minimum of three years of experience in operations within the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in travel management systems and office software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
