The Role

As the Resort Administration Assistant, you will serve as the link between the General Manager and Heads of Departments, ensuring smooth resort operations.In this role, you will handle key administrative and operational tasks with precision—from managing schedules and reports to streamlining internal communication and processes. Your support will be essential in maintaining efficiency and upholding the high standards of our resort.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality administration, operations, or office management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for efficiency and guest service.
