Our Chef and the Winemaker Dinner series featured celebrated Michelin star Chef Bernd Bachofer and Kai Schubert of Schubert Wines, New Zealand, with guests indulging in beautifully crafted cuisine with perfectly paired wines. At Wild Coast, an intimate crowd reveled in the beauty of nature, food and wine on the beach, under a starlit sky. Tableau, at Cape Weligama, set the scene for an unmatched performance by Chef Bachofer who delighted guests with a live performance of his finely tuned craft.

The Chef and the Winemaker dinner series will continue to feature world class acts when Sri Lankan gourmets can escape to one of Resplendent Ceylon’s Relais & Chateaux boutique properties, where food is already at the helm of culinary offerings on the island.
