Together with Decanter Wines, we are delighted to host Relais & Chateaux Chef Toni Mörwald and winemaker Michael Moosbrugger of Schloss Gobelsburg.
Schloss Gobelsburg is the oldest winery in the Austrian Danube appellation Kamptal with a documented viticultural history dating back to the 12th century by Cistercian monks from Burgundy. It is rated amongst the world’s top 50 wineries.
In the heart of the Wagram wine-growing region, the village of Feuersbrunn is the place to enjoy Austrian “art de vivre” and is also the home of the Mörwald family. Gourmet chef Toni Mörwald delights food lovers with classical haute cuisine enlivened by the chef ’s modern touch at his eponymous Mörwald Gourmet “Toni M.” Relais & Chateaux restaurant.
